RETURN POLICY FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS
Return or exchange request will only be allowed within 5 days from the date of delivery. In case of Return, complaint should be raised within 48 hours of delivery of product.

Refund:
Return Eligibility:
- Product must be in unused, unwashed, and original condition with all tags intact.
- Return requests must be initiated within 5 days of delivery.
- Customized or Altered Products are not eligible for Return/Exchange.
- Purchase Made From Sale Section Are Not Eligible For Any Kind Of Return Or Exchange.
Exchange Policy:
- If you need to exchange the size, a ₹250 charge will apply.
- We will arrange for the product pickup from your address.
- If pickup is unavailable in your area, you must ship the product back to us within 5 days of delivery.
In case of exchange, if you select an item with a higher value compared to the item you're exchanging, we will ask you to pay the price difference. In case the value is lower, we will refund you with the difference.
Only after receiving our confirmation for the return, we will schedule a pickup for the order within 1-3 business days of placing the request.
Usually we receive the product in 6-7 days. On receiving, within 2-3 days we will issue the refund or dispatch the exchanged product if all conditions are met.
If the item requested for exchange is not available, we will try to give you best possible alternatives or issue a refund for the same.
This process usually takes 10-15 business days.
Once an order has been exchanged, it cannot be returned or exchanged again.
Proof of Damage: In the event of a damaged product, we require an unboxing video as proof. Please ensure this is documented upon receipt of the package
